Dear Peacemakers,
Richard and I are grateful for all your condolences – for cards, meals,
emails, and calls. Christ has been present to our family
through your compassionate care. This Sunday we are reading one
of MLK’s favorite scriptures, the story of the Good Samaritan from Luke 10,
a parable challenging us to cultivate our compassion for all in need.
As previously announced we will have our annual congregational meeting NEXT
Sunday, the 27th after worship. Please sign up
to bring soup or help in another way with the lunch.
